We value every request on real data — condition, demand, documents, accessories — and explain the offer. If it is lower than you expect because of condition or market, we say so and why.
How we decide
The buyout price is not just a name. It depends on real condition, accessories, repair or preparation costs, demand, transport, documents and how quickly the item can be sold. Before agreeing a final amount we always explain what drives it.
What to expect
Response time depends on the information provided — with photos and a description we can often give a preliminary offer the same working day. The offer does not oblige you.
We pay in cash or by bank transfer by agreement; real estate according to the notarial contract.
