Model and generation
Newer and Pro / Ultra versions hold value longer, especially while they still get updates.
Storage
Higher-capacity versions are in higher demand.
Screen and housing
Scratches, cracks, dead pixels or a bent frame all change the value.
Battery
iPhone shows battery health in Settings → Battery; on Android, tell us how long a charge lasts.
Functions
Face ID or fingerprint, cameras, microphone, speaker, charging.
Accounts and locks
iCloud or Google account must be removed before handover; locked devices are valued as parts only.

- Front and back photos, screen on and off.
- Close-ups of any damage.

Do you buy phones with a cracked screen?
Yes. A cracked screen lowers the value, but newer models are still worth repairing. Send a close-up and tell us whether touch still works.
Do I need the box and charger?
No. Accessories can slightly raise the offer for newer models, but they are not required.
Do you buy iCloud-locked phones?
Not as working phones. If the phone is yours and you forgot the password, the account can usually be recovered through the manufacturer.
How fast is the valuation?
It depends on the information. With model, storage, photos and condition we can often reply the same working day.
