Privacypolicy

When you fill in the offer form we only receive what you enter or attach yourself:

• Contact details: phone number and city (required), name and email address (optional).
• Item or property details: category, manufacturer, model, specifications, condition and known faults; car make, year, mileage and inspection status; property type, location, area and document status; your asking price and free-text description.
• Photos and files: up to 5 files (JPG, PNG, WEBP, HEIC or PDF). Large photos are downsized in your browser before sending.
• Technical data: the page the request was sent from, the site language and the time spent filling in the form (used to block automated submissions). For security the server may log standard technical data such as the IP address.

Please do not send copies of identity documents, bank details or photos of other people — they are not needed for an offer. Photos may contain embedded information (e.g. where they were taken); remove it before sending if you do not want to share it.

The form is sent over an encrypted connection to the website server, which forwards the request to us electronically. Only AsNupirksiu.lt staff handling requests see it. Technically it may be processed by our website hosting and email service providers. We share data with others only where the law requires it.

You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its use and withdraw consent at any time — write to servisaspm@gmail.com. If you believe your data is handled improperly, you can contact the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt).
